Our farm is located on 10 acres in a quiet little valley of the Blue Ridge Mountains in the Northeast Georgia region. We're one hour north of Atlanta off I-985/441N. Click here to see a photo gallery of the farm, pastures, and buildings.

Our 13,000 s.f. heated barn features:

• 10 stalls 10x12 with 10x10 runouts
• 2 foaling stalls 20x12 with 20x10 runouts, two camera monitoring
• automatic waterers, ceiling fans and lights in each stall
• pelleted bedding over rubber mats
• office, utility room, feed room, tack room (with dehumidifier)
• office bathroom with European shower
• interior wash rack with hot/cold water on overhead boom
• exterior wash rack
• 128x62 riding arena (quarry sand footing) with overhead halogen lighting
  
• Automatic generator in the event of power loss
• Separate hay barn
• Onsite caretakers (and owners live on property)
  



Monthly full board fee of $450.00 includes hay (bermuda) and feed (Seminole). We also offer temporary boarding for individuals interested in vacations with their horses in the mountains.
